Roots in Ink is almost here!!!

I mean that literally and figuratively. Release day is March 1. That’s less than three weeks away and my author copies are currently in a UPS distribution center somewhere in Alamance County.

I wish I had a better idea about when I officially started writing this book, but I’m pretty sure it was the fall of 2021. There were plenty of starts and stops along the way, but it was winter 2023 when I hired a book coach to help me give it my all.

The book has changed SO MUCH since that first draft and I’m grateful for everything it taught me about writing and storytelling. It will forever be my favorite and the one that means the most to me for that reason alone.

How to Get Your Copy

If you’re an ebook reader:

Preorder it from your preferred retailer for delivery straight to your device on March 1st. See the full list.

Buy it from my webshop on March 1 (or earlier if I figure out how to do preorders before then)

Read it on Kobo Plus, a less expensive and less restrictive version of Kindle Unlimited*

*Amazon’s exclusivity clause is keeping me from offering it on KU at this time.

If you prefer physical copies:

Preorder the paperback from Barnes & Noble or Bookshop.org

Order it from Amazon on March 1 (Amazon doesn’t do paperback preorders for indie authors)

Order it from my webshop on March 1

What if I told you there was a way to get your copy a week early?

There are a lot of things that truly suck about being an indie author, but getting to make release decisions almost makes up for them.

Temptation in the Triangle is my first big girl author signing event and it’s happening in Cary, NC on February 22. Local readers who visit me at the event can buy a signed paperback of ROOTS IN INK a week early and for a bit of a discount.

Get your tickets here and use my promo code (TITTAM) for 20% off general admission.
