All wholesale purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Small orders are recommended.
An exception will be made for physical copies that are shipped and arrive damaged so long as a claim is also filed with the carrier.
Digital books and other digital media are delivered by BookFunnel. You will receive an email from help@bookfunnel.com with the link to download the book. If you have any trouble, click the help link at the top of the BookFunnel page and they’ll be happy to help.

Readers have 14 days to download their book.
Physical copies will be mailed to the shipping address on the order within 10 business days. The seller will contact the buyer directly in the case of any delays on their end.
